In History, we will be learning about sites and artefacts in the Indus Valley (including the dancing girl, the priest king, seals, the threshing platforms, pots and potsherds, beads, weights, toys). We will look at similarities and differences between the Indus Valley and Sumer and Egypt (e.g. writing, monuments).

In Geography, we will be comparing settlement types and look at major cities in the UK – locational overview of London as a conurbation and London boroughs. Two cities: Cardiff and London, including the economy & transport. How do people move about in Cardiff? How do people move about in London? We will look at patterns of settlement in Cardiff and London.

In RE, we will continue to learn about even more Hindu stories. For example, Ganesha stories and their meanings and Parvati and Teej. We will learn about Puja in Hindu stories and listen to Hindu people talk about their beliefs and practices.
