The Mental Health Support Team who works alongside your schools still have spaces on their Fun, Fit and Mentally Healthy sessions. Does your Young person enjoy dancing and performing? Do they enjoy movement to support their mental health and want to learn to make the links between movement and positive mental health? Do you want to chat with other parents and mental health practitioners in our conversation café?
Dylan who is running and leading the sessions is a mental health practitioner and 3 times world champion dancer.
The sessions are free to attend and will have refreshments and snacks for the children and tea, coffee and biscuits for the parents.
