We have had a fantastic week for Science Week 2025. Each of our year groups were lucky enough to have an online live science lesson with the Primary Science Teaching Trust. 

EYFS - Shadows time (Making and observing shadows made by the Gruffalo.)

Year 1 and Year 2 - It's raining, it's pouring- (Making a waterproof coat for Little Red Riding Hood.)

Year 3 and 4 - Rolling, rolling, rolling (Making bottle rolling ramps.)

Year 5 and 6 - Marvellous marble runs (Making a marble run.) 

We were lucky enough to have some visitors in school too. Ivybridge school came to work with our Year 5's looking at the theme of Electricity and Year 6 had a visit from Coombe Dean science department, and had the opportunity to dissect a heart!
