This term we are learning about Chinese New Year, and we are celebrating the year of the rabbit. We have our own Chinese restaurant in nursery, and we have been having lots of fun cooking noodles and rice in the role play for friends. The children have also been practising Chinese writing by making marks in the sand.  

We will be learning about our emotions and reading the Colour Monster book. Children will explore different emotions and talk about what might make them happy, sad, scared or angry. Alongside this we will be talking about the things that make us feel loved!
